Piracy hurts. As we noted in the podcast, the day I deleted all of my MP3s that I didn't own was tough. Painful. But I have found a lot more peace lately. Actually, it has pushed me further. I have been taking efforts to sort through which MP3s belong to my brother and which belong to me so that I will only have mine on my iPod. That way I'm not ripping off the company by "sharing" music with my brother. That has been REALLY hard. It means both of us buying some of the same albums, even though we live in the same apartment, use the same computer, and, often, listen to the same music. But I really believe that that is what is 1) honoring the Lord and 2) honoring the spirit of copyright law. God bless you and lead you as you work on deleting your movies! I love editing movies with good music that i'll rent from the library, but to stop that and make my movies less enjoyable? Ouch. It hurts. Lord help me, help us all.
