Some thoughts about how to improve a prayer life:
* Try starting a prayer journal — not as a “to do” list, but as a way of organizing your thoughts and staying focused.
* Find time to get away from the noise and business of the day in a room where you will not be disturbed.
* Be sure to express your gratitude for what God has done/ is doing. Don’t just focus on your needs!
* If you have a hard time staying focused, try verbalizing your prayers.
* Pray with friends! Not just in prayer meetings or bible studies, but when someone expresses a need or a praise.
* Start small, but be dedicated.
